Meet Chad – Owner of A to Z Inspection!
Hi, I’m Chad Verville, the proud owner of A to Z Inspection! With six years of home inspection experience and over a decade in custom and spec home construction, I’ve built a career on ensuring homes are safe, functional, and built to last. My hands-on experience in building and inspecting homes has prepared me to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about shooting sports and firearms safety. I own Knob Hill Firearms, serve as a Range Safety Officer, and coach the Warriors youth shooting team. I also compete in sporting clay events, enjoy outdoor adventures, and love spending time at the beach.
Starting A to Z Inspection has been a dream, and I’m thrilled to combine my expertise with Damon’s to create a business dedicated to providing thorough, reliable home inspections. I look forward to meeting you and helping you make confident decisions about your home.

Hi, I’m Damon Nolte. With over four years of experience in home inspections, I’ve developed a strong eye for detail through years of hard work. My background includes five years of service in the Marine Corps and over 15 years in hotel renovation, where I gained a deep understanding of structural and aesthetic quality.
When I’m not working, I enjoy playing recreational baseball and relaxing by the pool. Joining forces with Chad at A to Z Inspection, I’m excited to bring my expertise to help clients make informed decisions about their future homes.
